Section 15-110-15 - Submission requirements The request for proposals shall require, at a minimum, submission of the following information or material:
(1) Management firm information and qualifications;(2) Subcontractor information and qualifications;(3) Professional resumes for key personnel;(6) Information regarding the management firm's financial stability;(7) Commitment to provide a performance bond;(9) Proposed management and award fee, including fees for food and beverage;(10) Proposed operating budget;(11) Other information as determined by the authority.
