Section 15-106-42 - Notice of public hearing(a) Whenever, pursuant to a petition or upon its own motion, the authority proposes to adopt, amend or repeal a rule, a notice of proposed rule making shall be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the State. The notice shall also be mailed to all persons who have made timely written request of the authority for advance notice of its rule making proceedings.
