Section 14-61-1 - Applicability of laws and regulations(a) This plan shall be construed under the laws of the State of Hawaii.(b) Notwithstanding any provisions in this chapter, all provisions and interpretations of this plan shall be consistent with sections 457 and 3121 of the Code, as amended, and any regulations thereunder.
