Section 14-56-5 - Government records and Information(a) The term "government record" as used in this chapter, shall be as defined in section 92F-3, Hawaii Revised Statutes.(b) All government records shall be available for inspection in the office of the board during established office hours, in accordance with chapter 92F, Hawaii Revised Statutes.(c) The cost of printing or reproducing a government record shall be as specified in section 92-21, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
