Section 13-183-38 - Application to board; filing fee(a) Any person as defined in these rules may apply to the board for a mining lease on state lands. The board at its discretion may offer the lands for lease. The applicant shall submit three copies of a written application on forms provided by the department and all application forms shall be completed in full, signed by the applicant or his authorized representative with proof of authorization, three copies of all necessary exhibits, and the filing fee.(b) Each application for a mining lease shall be accompanied by a non-refundable filing fee in the amount of $100.[Eff.
