Section 13-140-30 - Awardee requirements, post-disbursement

The department may require state, nonprofit, and county awardees of land acquisition grants to:

(1) Submit a copy of the executed and recorded deed;

(2) Submit documentation of the escrow transaction; and

(3) Meet any other requirements to ensure protection of the State's interests.
