Section 13-109-1 - Purpose and applicability

The purpose of this section is to provide rules to implement chapter 195F, HRS, which authorizes the board of land and natural resources to establish a forest stewardship program to financially assist applicants to manage, protect, and restore important natural resources on private forest or formerly forested property.
