Section 13-61-2 - Prohibited activities No person shall enter the Nuuanu freshwater fish refuge except:
(1) When accompanied by an agent of the board; or(2) With a permit issued by the board under such terms and conditions it deems necessary for education, scientific or other purposes not inconsistent with sections 187A-6 and 188-53, Hawaii Revised Statutes, provided that:(A) The board may revoke any permit for any infraction of the terms and conditions of the permit, and(B) A person whose permit was revoked shall not be eligible to apply for another permit until one year after the date of revocation.[Eff: 5/26/81; am MAR 2 1987] (Auth: HRS § 188-53) (Imp: HRS §§ 187A-6, 188-53)
