Section 13-256-163 - Hapuna Bay Swimming Zone(a) The Hapuna Bay Swimming Zone means the area confined by the boundaries shown on Exhibit "NNN", dated September 19, 1988, located at the end of this subchapter. The boundaries are as follows: Beginning at a point in the water, by azimuth measured clockwise from True South, 311 degrees for a distance of four hundred feet; 268 degrees to a point on the low water mark of the shoreline; then along the low water mark in a southerly direction for a distance of one thousand three hundred feet; 088 degrees for a distance of one hundred feet; then by a straight line to the point of beginning.
(b) Restrictions. The Hapuna Bay Swimming Zone is designated for swimming and diving. No person shall operate or moor a motorized vessel, within this zone.Haw. Code R. § 13-256-163
