(a) Fees required to be paid to the department are as follows: (1) Registration fee. A registration fee payable at time of issuance and renewal shall be as prescribed in section 13-253-1;(2) Operator permit fee. A commercial operator permit fee payable at time of issuance and or renewal of the permit shall be as prescribed in § 13-253-2;(3) Commercial operating area use permit fee. A monthly commercial use permit fee shall be the greater of $75.00 per month, payable in advance, or 2% of the monthly gross receipts. The report of gross receipts shall be submitted to and received by the department not later than the end of the month following the month covered by the report and shall be submitted on a form acceptable to the department. A permittee possessing both a harbor commercial use permit and a commercial operating area use permit who is paying 2% of gross receipts under the commercial harbor use permit shall not be required to pay an additional 2% of gross receipts under the commercial operating area use permit.(b) Delinquency in the payment of any fees owed to the department will result in automatic revocation of the commercial operating area use permit.[Eff 2/24/94] (Auth: HRS §§ 200-2, 200-3, 200-4) (Imp: HRS §§ 200-2, 200-3, 200-4)
