Section 12-43-152 - Answer(a) Within ten days after service of the petition, the employee organization or representative shall file with the board a written answer and serve the petitioner with its answer and certify the same in an attached certificate of service.(b) The answer shall include specific admissions, denials, or explanations of each allegation contained in the petition.(c) If the employee organization or representative fails to timely file an answer, such failure shall constitute an admission of the material facts alleged in the petition and a waiver of hearing.Eff 10/21/2022 (Auth: HRS §§ 89-5, 377-11) (Imp: HRS §§ 89-15, 377-10)
