Section 12-14-36 - Termination of right to vocational rehabilitation
(a) An employee who has stipulated away the right to vocational rehabilitation with the approval of the director is determined to have waived the right to rehabilitation.
(b) The right to rehabilitation is preserved for any employee on temporary total disability and any employee who has been adjudged permanently and totally disabled by the director.
