Section 11-88.1-36 - Definitions

All terms defined in chapter 11-88.1, shall have the same meaning when used in this subchapter. Additionally, as used in this subchapter:

"Compact of Free Association (COFA) nations" means the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Republic of Palau.
