Section 11-60.1-75 - Administrative permit amendment(a) The director, at the director's sole discretion or upon written request from the owner or operator of a noncovered source, may issue an administrative permit amendment.(b) Except for a request to consolidate two or more noncovered source permits into one or to change ownership or operational control, an owner or operator requesting an administrative permit amendment may make the requested change immediately upon submittal of the request.(c) Within sixty days of receipt of a written request for an administrative permit amendment, the director shall take final action on the request and may amend the permit without providing notice to the public.Haw.
