Section 11-261.1050 - Applicability(a) The regulations in this subpart apply to equipment that contains hazardous secondary materials excluded under the remanufacturing exclusion at § 261.4(a)(27), unless the equipment operations are subject to the requirements of an applicable Clean Air Act regulation codified under 40 CFR part 60, part 61, or part 63.Haw.
