Section 11-26-63 - Venomous arthropods(a) As used in this section "venomous arthropods" mean those animals that can inflict injurious or fatal bites or stings to humans and include centipedes, scorpions, spiders, ants, bees, and wasps.(b) Premises shall be kept reasonably free of venomous arthropods infestations to prevent hazards to public health, welfare, and comfort.[Eff. 9/18/81; comp 8/10/00] (Auth: HRS §§ 321-9, 321-10, 321-11) (Imp: HRS § 321-11)
