Section 11-26-15 - Flies; management of animal wastes on public or on private premises not the property of the owner of the animal

Every owner of an animal shall prevent the accumulation of and shall remove all manure generated by the animal on public and private premises not the property of the animal owner, provided that no violation shall occur if the owner of the offending animal promptly and voluntarily removes the waste.
