The rules in this chapter govern the submission of information by health care providers doing business in the State to the state health pluming and development agency. The rules in this chapter are adopted by the State pursuant to chapter 3230, Hawaii. Revised Statutes, to carry out the provisions of chapter 3230, Hawaii Revised Statutes, relating to information required of health care providers.
