Section 11-186-25 - Filing fee for application(a) There shall be a non-refundable filing fee for each application which shall be the sum of $200 plus 001 of the capital expenditure as defined in section 323D-2, Hawaii Revised Statutes up to $1,000,000 plus 0005 of the capital expenditure as defined in section 323D-2, Hawaii Revised Statutes in excess of $1,000,000(b) The applicant shall pay the filing fee when the application is filed and the agency shall accept an application only when such application is accompanied by the filing fee paid in full.[Eff.
