Section 11-185-1 - Scope

The rules in this chapter govern the practice and procedure before the state health planning and development agency. The rules in this chapter are applicable to chapters 186 through 189 of this title. The rules in this chapter are adopted by the State pursuant to chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
