Rule 590-4-3-.03 - Paper, Printing, and Language(1) Unless otherwise permitted by the Commissioner, the registration statement and all papers and documents filed as a part thereof shall be in times new roman type or its substantial equivalent, at least as large and as legible as 10-point modern type, except that financial statements and other tabular data, including tabular data in notes, may be in times new roman type or its substantial equivalent at least as large and as legible as 8-point modern type.(2) The registration statement shall be in the English language. If any exhibit or other document filed with the registration statement is in a foreign language, it shall be accompanied by a translation into the English language accompanied by a sworn affidavit attesting to the accuracy of the translation.Ga.
