Rule 590-4-1-.02 - Delegation to Assistant CommissionerThe Assistant Commissioner is empowered to sign all documents, make all decisions and perform all acts under the Act as is the Commissioner. This power is to be exercised by the Assistant Commissioner concurrently with the Commissioner, and all acts of the Assistant Commissioner are of the same force and effect as such acts would be if performed by the Commissioner.
