Rule 570-34-.09 - Failure to Pay or Remove Property(a) If an eligible political subdivision fails to pay in full for the vehicle(s) at the time of sale, the property may be resold as provided for 570-34-.03, on a first-come, first- served basis.(b) All Vehicles must be removed on or before the date indicated on the sales receipt. The date of removal on the receipt shall be at the discretion of the Administrative Services Captain in charge of the garage facilities (utilizing factors such as available space to store vehicles and incoming and outgoing inventory).(c) Vehicles may only be removed by appointment. Purchasers should coordinate and schedule pick-up appointments with the designated point of contact on the Department's website.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 570-34-.09
