Rule 560-8-1-.12 - Export Cigarettes - General(1) No licensee shall buy, sell, store, or distribute cigarettes that are packaged with a label that state "For Export Only, U.S. Tax Exempt, For Use Outside U.S." or similar wording, indicating that the manufacturer did not intend for the product to be sold in the United States.(2) The purchase and sale of such cigarettes will result in the revocation or suspension of license or other disciplinary action.Ga.
