Rule 560-2-3-.01 - Restriction to Retailer; Storage of Inventory(1) No licensed Retailer or Retail Consumption Dealer shall keep any Distilled Spirits stored in any Warehouse, whether bonded or not, nor shall he enter into any agreement whereby Distilled Spirits ordered by him are stored for him by any licensed Wholesaler.(2) A licensed Retailer or a Retail Consumption Dealer shall keep no inventory or stock of Distilled Spirits at any place except his licensed Place of Business, and within his licensed Place of Business his storage space for Distilled Spirits shall be immediately adjacent to the room in which he is licensed to do business. (a) If the storage space for Distilled Spirits has an opening leading directly to the outside, the door shall be so equipped that it may only be unlocked and opened from the inside, and shall be opened only while accepting delivery of goods from a licensed Wholesaler;(b) It shall be permissible to store other products, which the Licensee is legally permitted to sell, in the same storage space as described above;(c) This Rule, however, is subject to the provisions of Rule 560-2-2-.16 of these regulations, which provides for the emergency movement of Distilled Spirits.Ga.
