Rule 560-10-30-.34 - False or Secret Compartment(1) Upon the request of any law enforcement officer in this state, the commissioner shall provide a temporary license plate on a form provided by the commissioner upon the seizure of a license plate by a law enforcement officer and registration for any vehicle with a false or secret compartment.(2) The temporary permit shall provide the owner's name, address and vehicle description to include vehicle liability insurance and any other information as deemed required by the commissioner.(3) The temporary license plate shall be valid for no more than 30 days or until the vehicle with such false or secret compartment is repaired, whichever occurs first.(4) The seized license plate and registration shall be returned to the owner upon inspection by the law enforcement officer and verification that the required repairs are complete.Ga.
