Rule 52-1-.01 - Organization(1) The Asbestos Licensing Board will be organized and constituted as stated in the Georgia Asbestos Safety Act, O.C.G.A. Section 12-12-1, et seq.(2) The Board shall consist of seven members appointed in accordance with the Act.(3) The Board shall elect a chairperson and a vice-chairperson from among the members at the first meeting of the Board held in each calendar year, or by a vote of the Board whenever a vacancy in such position exists.Ga.
