Rule 503-1-.24 - Registration

All probation entities engaged in probation services shall initially submit a registration application and be approved by the council and re-register as often as necessary to maintain current, up-to-date information with the council. Registration application shall be approved prior to engaging in or providing services to a court and shall be made utilizing forms and in such detail as the council may require. Failure or refusal to register or re-register shall subject the probation entity to sanctions or fines based upon individual circumstances
