Rule 480-7A-.02 - Listed ChemicalsDrugs or chemicals which are restricted by the Board or by law to wholesale distribution only by a firm licensed by the Board as a listed chemical wholesale distributor or a wholesale distributor, which are also known as listed chemicals, are as follows:
(1) Pseudoephedrine or a product containing any quantity of this drug, except as follows: (a) Pediatric products labeled pursuant to federal regulation as primarily intended for administration to children under 12 years of age according to label instructions; and(b) Products that the Board, upon application of a manufacturer, exempts because the product is formulated in such a way as to effectively prevent the conversion of the active ingredient into methamphetamine or its salts or precursors.Ga.
