Rule 480-52-.04 - Location of Low THC Products(1) All Low THC Products shall be stored within the prescription department of the Predicate Retail Licensee possessing such drugs or devices; and (a) In complying with this Rule, all Low THC Products shall, at minimum, be stored and secured in the same manner required for dangerous drugs (legend drugs) by Board Rule 480-10-.03.(2) All Low THC Products shall be kept from the public in a secure manner.Ga.
