Rule 480-25-.05 - Inspections(1) Any nuclear pharmacy shall be open during all business hours for observation and examination by properly identified representatives of the Board and the Department.(2) All nuclear pharmacies shall be inspected by the Board prior to licensure and may be inspected at the discretion of the Board or the Department to determine whether it continues to meet these requirements.Ga.
