Rule 464-6-.06 - Competency Required for Designated Instructor Certification (Level II-D)To qualify for certification as a Level II-D instructor under these Rules, an applicant shall demonstrate competency to teach.
(a) Competency shall be evaluated in terms of the following; 1. Successful completion of the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council Level II instructor training course; and2. Successful completion of designated Council approved training in the subject of expertise.(b) Suitable evidence of applicant competency shall be reflected in an application form provided by the Council.Ga.
