(a) Application fee for examination--Per schedule of fees adopted by the Board;(b) Examination fee--per schedule of fees adopted by the Board;(c) Application fee for reciprocity--per schedule of fees adopted by the Board;(d) Biennial renewal--per schedule of fees adopted by the Board;(e) Delinquent renewal penalty--per schedule of fees adopted by the Board;(f) Duplicate certificate--per schedule of fees adopted by the Board;Ga.
