Rule 40-4-7-.07 - Required Certification(1) All vegetable transplants must be accompanied by an official certificate of inspection issued by the Plant Protection Official of the state of origin certifying compliance with these regulations and restrictions.(2) Vegetable transplants which are not accompanied by an official certificate of inspection or found to be in violation of these rules will be subject to confiscation and/or destruction without further notice or compensation.(3) Prior notification of regulated commodity shipment is required for the states of Arizona, California, Florida and Texas, or any other state where cucurbit yellow stunting disorder virus, cucurbit leaf crumple virus or squash leaf curl begomovirus are known to be established. The shipper shall send by mail or facsimile a copy of the certificate of inspection or State Phytosanitary Certificate to: Vegetable Transplant Inspection/Certification Program, Plant Protection Division, Georgia Department of Agriculture, P.
