Rule 40-4-3-.02 - Application for Certification(1) Applications may be obtained from the Department and must be filed by the grower with the Department at its Tifton address, on or before March 1 of the current year.(2) No application will be approved for any grower having a balance due to the Department from a previous year.Ga.
