Rule 40-32-2-.07 - Sale of Hemp Seed and Live Hemp Plants(1) Each person or entity, including any hemp grower licensee, that sells hemp seed must comply with the Georgia Seed Law, O.C.G.A. § 2-11-20 et seq. and Seed Division Regulations, GA. Comp. R. & Regs. Rules 40-12-1 et seq., including obtaining any required license thereunder.(2) Each person or entity, including any hemp grower licensee, that sells live hemp plants must comply with the Entomology Act, O.C.G.A. § 2-7-1, et seq. and Live Plant Regulations, GA.
