Rule 391-7-2-.02 - Eligibility(a) Any government agency or community-based organization that responds to inquiries or distributes materials to the public on matters relating to health or the environment is eligible for the grant.(b) Any project or activity that promotes radon awareness is eligible for the grant, including but not limited to, development and distribution of educational materials, distribution of test kits, conducting speeches, and responding to inquiries from the general public.(c) Programs and activities relating to radon mitigation are not eligible for consideration.Ga.
