Rule 391-4-12-.03 - Selection and Review of Agent-trappers(1) Applicants for agent-trapper shall be reviewed by a Game and Fish Division selection committee which will make recommendations for selection to the Director of the Game and Fish Division for appointment. The number of appointments shall be based on need.(2) Agent-trappers appointed shall enter into a contract with the Department to take and possess nuisance alligators in accordance with this rule. The sole consideration for this contract shall be the appointment as an agent-trapper and the right to keep and dispose of the alligator meat, hides, and other products.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs.
