Rule 391-3-19-.01 - General Provisions(1)Purpose. The purpose of these rules is to establish policies, procedures, requirements, and standards to implement the Georgia Hazardous Site Response Act, Official Code Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A) Section 12-8-90et seq. (1992), as amended. These Rules are promulgated to protect and enhance the quality of Georgia's environment and to protect the public health, safety, and well-being of its citizens.(2)Authority.
