Rule 391-3-1-.09 - Enforcement(1) The administration and enforcement of these rules and regulations shall be as prescribed in the Act (O.C.G.A. Section 12-9-1, et seq., as amended) and in compliance with the applicable minimum requirements as prescribed by the Georgia Administrative Procedures Act (O.C.G.A. Section 50-13-1, et seq., as amended).(2) To the extent provided by law, the Director will make every effort to remedy any violation of the provisions of this Act, the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder or any order of the Director, by conference, conciliation and persuasion prior to undertaking enforcement action in accordance with the Act.Ga.
