Rule 351-4-.08 - Inventory(1) Upon the issuance of a production license, a production licensee shall conduct an initial inventory, and thereafter a monthly inventory, of regulated cannabis, which shall indicate the date on which the inventory was conducted and the information on the persons who conducted such inventory.(2) A production licensee shall ensure the on-site inventory and the inventory reflected in the Commission-approved tracking system reflect the same information.(3) If a production licensee identifies or becomes aware of a discrepancy between the on-site inventory and inventory reflected in the Commission-approved tracking system, then such licensee shall conduct an audit within twenty-four (24) hours of such finding and notify the Commission or its employees of any discrepancies of the following: (a) Any plant designated for cultivation;(b) Any plant designated for propagation;(c) More than three percent (3%) of any harvest batch;(d) More than three percent (3%) of any manufactured batch; or(e) Any remediated or quarantined product.Ga.
