Rule 320-1-.02 - Organization of Board(1) Effective July 1, 1980, the State Board for the Certification of Librarians shall be composed of six (6) members, five (5) of whom shall be appointed by the Governor. The other member shall be the Director of the Georgia Public Library Services, who shall serve as an ex-officio member.(2) Members of the public may obtain information from the Board and make submissions or requests to the Board by contacting the Division Director of the Professional Licensing Boards Division.Ga.
