Rule 295-11-.03 - Hearing Officers

The agency or the Chairman or president of the agency may appoint a hearing officer to act as the presiding officer in the proceeding.

Original Rule was filed and effective as Emergency Rule on March 3, 1976, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the adoption of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this Emergency Rule.
