The Administrative History following each Rule gives the date on which the Rule was originally filed and its effective date, as well as the date on which any amendment or repeal was filed and its effective date. Principal abbreviations used in the Administrative History are as follows:

Emergency Rules 268-10-1-0.1 entitled "Establishing School Eligibility", 268-10-2-0.2 entitled "School Eligibility Documentation Requirements", 268-10-3-0.3 entitled "Limitation, Suspension, and Termination Procedures", 268-11-2-0.4 entitled "Lender of Last Resort Program Rule", 268-11-2-0.5 entitled "School Eligibility Standards for Participation in the Assured Access Lending Program" were filed on August 31, 1992, having become effective on August 27, 1992, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the effective date of permanent Chapters covering the same subject matter superseding said Emergency Rule, as specified by the Agency. Said Rules were adopted to clarify the Student Loan Program. (Said Emergency Rules will not be published; copies may be obtained from the Agency.)

Emergency Rule 268-10-3-0.3 has been repealed and Chapter 268-10-3 entitled "Limitation, Suspension, and Termination Procedures", containing Rules 268-10-3-.01 to .10 adopted. Filed November 20, 1992; effective December 10, 1992.
Emergency Rule 268-11-1-0.4 has been repealed and Chapter 268-11-1 entitled "Lender of Last Resort Program Rule", containing Rules 268-11-1-.01 to .08 adopted. Filed November 20, 1992; effective December 10, 1992.
Emergency Rule 268-11-2-0.5 has been repealed and Chapter 268-11-2 entitled "School Eligibility Standards for Participation in the Assured Access Leading Program", containing Rules 261-11-.01 to .05 adopted. Filed November 20, 1992; effective December 10, 1992.
