Rule 195-20-.08 - Allocation of Funds(1) Funds for all awards granted through the Georgia Physician Loan Repayment Program shall be allocated in accordance with the terms of State Loan Repayment Grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.(2) Fifty percent of the funds for each award shall be allocated from federal funds awarded to the Georgia Board of Health Care Workforce through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services State Loan Repayment grant and fifty percent of funding from state funds allocated to the Georgia Board of Health Care Workforce by the Georgia General Assembly.Ga.
