Rule 195-11-.09 - Board Review and Action Process for Renewal Scholarship Awards(1) The Board shall receive and act upon all complete applications for renewal scholarships at the Board's Annual Meeting.(2) The Board shall determine the number of renewal scholarships and the amount of the scholarship award based on funding appropriated for the Scholarship Program by the General Assembly. It should be noted that the amount of the scholarship might vary from year to year based on availability of funds.(3) The Board shall take action to award renewal scholarships to applicants who have submitted a complete application, who are enrolled in good standing in medical school, who are not repeating coursework, and who continue to demonstrate the characteristics and qualities the Board deems necessary for the award of the scholarship.Ga.
