Rule 186-2-.01 - Organization(1) Administrator. The Administrator is appointed by the Governor and serves at his pleasure. The Administrator's duties and power and authority are those enumerated in the Georgia Fair Housing Law of 1988, as amended, codified as O.C.G.A. Section 8-3-200, et seq., including rule making authority specified in O.C.G.A. Section 8-3-206(d)(5). The Commission on Equal Opportunity is attached to the Office of the Governor for administrative purposes only.
