Section 69V-40.003 - Electronic Filing of Forms and Fees(1) All forms adopted under paragraph 69V-40.002(1)(a), F.A.C., must be electronically filed through the Registry.(2) Unless otherwise specifically instructed in this rule chapter all fees required in conjunction with an initial application, amendment, and license renewal must be filed electronically through the Registry.(3) Annual Financial Audit Reports required in section 494.0063, F.S., must be filed electronically through the Registry.Fla.
