Section 69C-2.027 - Voluntary Withdrawal

To withdrawal a designation as a qualified public depository, the qualified public depository must submit Form DFS-J1-1519, Notice of Withdrawal, effective 09/24, incorporated by reference and available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-17026.
