Section 68B-33.002 - Definitions

As used in Chapter 68B-33, F.A.C.: "Billfish" means any of the following species, or a part thereof:

(1)Makaira nigricans (blue marlin);

(2)Kajikia albida (white marlin);

(3)Istiophorus platypterus (sailfish), or

(4)Tetrapturus georgeii (roundscale spearfish).
